As Hamann Construction invested in its own product, tilt-up concrete buildings, Hamann Property Management became a natural offshoot. Over the past twenty years Hamann Property Management's portfolio has continued to grow and is rapidly approaching 5 million square feet. We are currently meeting the daily needs of over 500 tenants.

Initially focused in East County, HPM now manages properties in all areas of San Diego County, with responsibilities in Calexico, Central California and 2 adjoining states. We are staffed with professional individuals who strive to fulfill the divisions mission statement of, SERVICE WITH INTEGRITY. The current staff of approximately 15 people has a combined tenure of over 75 years!
